A strategy greenhouse

What if the people quietly imagining a different kind of hospitality finally found each other?

If that sentence landed somewhere true — if it prompted you to lean in a little closer — you are exactly who this room was built for.

What this is

A different kind of hospitality needs a different kind of room.

Kith & Kinship is a strategy greenhouse and cross-disciplinary gathering ground for the rich tapestry of hospitality minds who know, deep down, that a property can do more than provide a beautiful place to sleep.

The greenhouse today

Who this is for

You’re not looking for a room that validates what you already know. You’re looking for a room that expands it. Not a place to collect more ideas. But a place to put those ideas to work.

Who this greenhouse serves

The owners, the operators, the retreat leaders and the experience-shapers.

The co-conspirators, the bridge-builders and the possibilitarians.

Those who’d rather nurture something rare than mass-produce something forgettable.

Those who know in their heart:

You cannot borrow your way
into being uncopyable.

Built for those

Who host rather than transact.

Who co-create instead of extract.

Who deepen instead of chase.

Who tend instead of just build.

For too long, hospitality has been positioned as a place to land, rest, and pass through.

The best places?
Have always done more than that.

Greenhouse conversations

What grows in this greenhouse.

These are the conversations Kith & Kinship is built around. The practices we return to, tend, test, and deepen together.

Not a fixed curriculum—a living one.

Each one a seed — planted toward the deeper work of building places, gatherings, and hospitality practices that are genuinely, stubbornly, beautifully, unapologetically one-of-one.

Kith & Kinship is a living laboratory for the questions underneath the work.

These are the questions we are tending....

Why this exists

This was built by one of the people it’s for.

I didn’t pivot into hospitality because it was trending.

I pivoted into hospitality because I couldn’t stop imagining what it could be.

“Hospitality is capable of so much more than the industry has ever given it credit for.
Changing that narrative is my raison d’être.”
